Our Process
Staying Connected From Start to Finish
When you start with Widoph Care, we take time to get to know you face-to-face. Your Support Coordinator stays with you throughout the journey, checking in regularly and preparing reports at key milestones.
Initial Meeting
We meet with you to understand your goals, needs, and the services you'd like to access.
Plan Setup
We help you connect with the right providers and put your NDIS plan into action.
Ongoing Check-ins
Your coordinator checks in regularly with you and your providers to ensure things are working well.
Plan Review Support
As your plan nears its end, we meet with you to prepare for the next steps and future goals.
Eligibility
Who Can Access This Service?
Support Coordination is funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and allocated as part of your NDIS plan. When developing your plan, ask your planner about whether Support Coordination funding is appropriate for you.
We also work with participants who have other funding sources, including:
- NDIS
- Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
- WorkCover
- Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
Whatever your funding source, we'll help you coordinate your supports effectively.

No. A Support Worker provides direct, hands-on assistance. A Support Coordinator helps you plan, connect, and manage your supports — they work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How do I know if my NDIS plan includes Support Coordination?
Check your plan under the "Capacity Building" category. If Support Coordination is funded, it will be listed there. Not sure? We can help you read and understand your plan.
Can I change my Support Coordinator?
Yes. You have the right to choose your own providers, including your Support Coordinator. If you'd like to switch to Widoph Care, contact us and we'll make the transition as smooth as possible.
Do you offer Specialist Support Coordination?
